From the very first email with Lauren, right through to installation with Josh and Sam, our experience with the Jola blinds team has been exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble and in a world where sadly customer service is in decline, this team has restored my faith in dedication to customer care and satisfaction. We were kept updated whilst waiting for our order to be completed, and at a time where resources and supplied have been unpredictable, we felt reassured and completely understood that delays were inevitable due to the knock on effect of the pandemic. When our blinds arrived, they were amazing, superb quality and well made. We love them!
